Common name: Oriental Garden Lizard 
Scientific name: Calotes versicolor

Commonly found throughout Asia. The name versicolor derived from Latin meant for varying in colour. Male individuals are brightly colouerd during breeding season, otherwise pale in colour. Mostly feed on small insects and rarely on vegetable matter.
