Non venomous snakes of BDU

The non venomous snakes frequently found inside BDU campus is given here. We have already given a detail description of the 'venomous snakes' found in our campus which can be found in our previous posts. These posts on snakes found in BDU is given for the purpose for the students, officials of the University to make easily identify venomous and non-venomous snakes and for maximum possibility of 'killing of snakes' should be avoided to retain the ecological balance of the BDU campus. Green vine snake

Common name: Green vine snake
Tamil name: பச்ச பாம்பு
Binomial name: Ahaetuella nasuta

Binomial name: Bioga trigonata

The head and the fore body are erected above ground and thrown into figure-of-8 loop.
